4- 6 months before the event!
- Determine on Size of Party (Small, Medium, Large, Extra-Large)
- Decide & Book the venue for the event.
- Make a list of different venders you will need
- Contact Phoenix Sweet 16 DJ for your consultation session (480-334-7757)
3 Months before Event
- Sign Contacts & Pay Deposits for all Venders
- Decide upon theme.
- Create rough draft of Invitation list
- Attend Planning meeting with 1st Dance Entertainment.
- Begin shopping for the Dress.
- Order Birthday cake
2 Months before the event
- Order invitations & Finalize Invitation list.
- Order Catering! Recommend Appetizers!
- Begin Chirography Father Daughter/ Dance
- Follow-up meeting with Phoenix Sweet 16 DJ
6 Weeks before the event.
- Mail/handout invitations with requesting RSVP.
- Schedule Hair Appointment.
- Purchased of Dress!
- Purchase Decorations
3 Weeks before the Event
- Meeting with Phoenix Sweet 16 DJ to confirm all the Details.
- Go over timeline
- Talk about last minute details.
1 Week Before the Event:
- Pay all Venders
- Receive Arrival & Day off Check off list from 1st Dance Entertainment.
